This is the location of the Rock of Gibraltar and a British Overseas Territory off the coast of Spain. It has an extensive natural reserve, featuring wildlife, flora and fauna. Sadly, September 2017 hurricane Irma took away most beautiful areas around the Caribbean, to travel to in December, like Cuba and Florida but we can take a turn towards the Indian Ocean. Seychelles is an Indian ocean archipelago of 115 islands, off East Africa. You can choose to swim, as the beaches are calmer during this period (October to April), sail or surf or just sit and watch the beautiful singing birds fly past. The flight time of 13 hours is worth it as temperature rarely drops below 24°C in this area, so there is plenty of sunshine.
There are loads of destinations in the USA. Miami would have made it to this list but the devastation that the September 2017 hurricane Irma left in its wake, will take some time to rebuild. Los Angeles is Americas second largest city and has a lot of relaxation spots including beaches and restaurants. You will definitely feel the spirit of ‘California Love’ and if you love Hollywood movies, you can visit the offices of Paramount pictures, Warner Bros and more and you may be lucky to bump into one of the Hollywood stars.
